By accessing or using GatiNOW ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GatiNOW Inc., a company registered in Ireland, European Union.

GatiNOW offers a special Founding Member subscription at €49/year for the first 100 users during our beta period. Your Founding Member rate is guaranteed for the initial subscription period.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial subscription. Refund requests after 30 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Standard payment processor fees apply (as set by Stripe, PayPal, or RazorPay). GatiNOW does not charge additional transaction fees beyond your subscription cost.
You agree to use GatiNOW only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:
You retain ownership of all content you submit through the Service, including event details, descriptions, customer data, and scheduling information.
When you collect personal data from your customers through GatiNOW, you act as a data controller under GDPR. You are responsible for complying with data protection laws, including providing appropriate privacy notices.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GatiNOW Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"GatiNOW" and related logos are trademarks of GatiNOW Inc. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
GatiNOW integrates with third-party services including:
Important: Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms. When you connect third-party services, you authorize GatiNOW to access your data from those services as necessary to provide our Service.
GatiNOW is currently in beta. During this period, you may encounter bugs, incomplete features, or service interruptions. We appreciate your patience and feedback as we improve the platform.
We provide customer support via email and in-app messaging. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours during business days.
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or prolonged inactivity.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GatiNOW disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
GatiNOW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and the European Union.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with at least 30 days notice for material changes.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GatiNOW regarding the Service.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
